These terms govern the use of LicitaRadar. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Description of the service

LicitaRadar monitors Panama's public procurement portal (PanamaCompra) and notifies you by WhatsApp of the tenders that match your profile. It is an independent monitoring and notification service; bidding and the submission of offers take place through PanamaCompra's official channels.

2. Account and registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Plans and payments

Access to paid features requires an active plan. To activate it, you arrange payment with our team. Prices may change; we will give you advance notice of any change that affects you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to breach, resell or overload the platform without authorisation.

5. Accuracy of information

We make a reasonable effort to keep alerts timely and accurate, but the information comes from third-party public sources and may contain errors, delays or omissions. Always verify the official details of each tender directly on PanamaCompra before making decisions.

6. Independence

LicitaRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by PanamaCompra, the DGCP or the Government of Panama. It is an independent service.

7. Intellectual property

The LicitaRadar brand, software and content belong to us or to our licensors. Tender data belongs to its public sources (DGCP / PanamaCompra, CC BY 4.0).

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicitaRadar will not be liable for missed opportunities, indirect damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be on this page along with its update date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
